



































Many bikes will need a simple frame to prevent the bags contacting the wheels and or the exhaust mufflers. As most of the weight of Expedition Pannierz is held accross the seat, a frame set doesn't need to be as substantial as for say, a set of hard cases. Their job is to hold the pannier bags out, no more. Naturally, they need to be strong enough to withstand vibration and minor falls on Adventure bikes.
The U shaped frames available for Harleys and metric cruisers are an ideal way to support Expedition Pannierz on those bikes.
Below are a few ideas for you to help plan your frames. If you plan to build your own frame set please have your set of Expedition Pannierz on hand before you do. This way you can make sure they sit exactly as you would like.
We are now able to supply frames for KTM Adventure bikes625, 640, 950 and 990 as well as DR 650 Suzuki.
We can supply Hepco Bekker frames for other bikes. See the 1200GS photo below right.
