Straps can run over the seat or under as long as they don't stress the catches. |

Most cruisers, be they American or metric need no frames. The fender rails are usually adequate. Simple U shaped brackets are helpful however. |

With the addition of a basic frame to stop Expedition Pannierz from falling into the wheels and touching the exhausts almost any bike can use them. |

The roll top allows variable volume and seals against dust. Once rolled down nothing is allowed to rattle around inside. Vairiable volume not width. Very important on bush tracks.
